Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026.
Website use
These terms cover use of scrubdcleaners.com and its inquiry forms. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, or attempt to access or disrupt protected website systems.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request or job application, arrange or purchase cleaning services, or opt in to Scrub’d’s optional SMS program. By doing so, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Cleaning quotes and estimates
Submitting a quote request is not a confirmed booking. Calculator prices are estimates, not guaranteed final charges. Scrub’d will confirm availability by ZIP code, the cleaning scope, scheduling, and pricing with you before a service is agreed. Any payment, cancellation, or service-specific conditions must be provided and agreed separately; these website terms do not introduce additional fees or cancellation policies.
Optional SMS program
Scrub’d offers optional non-marketing text messages relating to requested cleaning quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, and cleaning-service updates. You opt in only by selecting the optional SMS checkbox and submitting the quote form. Consent is not required to request a quote or purchase any service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact hello@scrubdcleaners.com or +1 (510) 423-1298. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes the information collected through the website and our handling of mobile information and SMS consent.
Applications
Submitting the work-with-us form expresses interest in working with Scrub’d. An application does not guarantee an interview, employment, or a work assignment.
Changes and questions
We may update these website terms by posting a revised version on this page. For questions about these terms or a cleaning inquiry, email hello@scrubdcleaners.com or call +1 (510) 423-1298.
